All purchases made at Dominique Levesque Bridal — whether in-store or online — are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been collected.

Special Orders & Made-to-Order Gowns

All special orders are commissioned specifically for you. Once your order is confirmed and your deposit is received, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or modified. Payments are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final. All merchandise sold in-store is sold as-is, with no express or implied warranty. We encourage all clients to carefully consider their selection before completing their purchase. 

Online Purchases

For regular-priced online purchases only, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at 613-321-1136. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Alterations

Alterations are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price.
